“RzeczyViste” is a symbolic open suitcase filled with objects similar to those that deportees took with them to Siberia. Each item tells the story of a real person, revealing their name, age, and place of exile.
Created by Karolina Mosiej-Zambrano and Paweł Kalisz from the Sybir Memorial Museum, the installation has visited numerous cities across Poland before returning to Białystok. Its visit will be short-lived, however, as it will soon set off on the next stage of its journey.

Visitors are invited to stop by Kościuszko Square today, near the Cathedral, and take a closer look. Pause for a moment, look carefully, and notice what lies beneath your feet. Every object tells the story of an individual deported to Siberia.
The installation will be on display in Białystok today only, until 4:00 p.m.
