“Biuletyn Historii Pogranicza” (‘Borderlands History Bulletin’) successfully fills an appointed role being a place of Polish, Lithuanian, Belarusian and Russian discussion. The magazine is published by an international team. The editor-in-chief is Wojciech Śleszyński, PhD from Bialystok, and his deputies are Aliaksandr Krautsevich (Grodno), PhD and Rimantas Miknys (Vilnius), PhD.

The Sybir Memorial Museum is a scientific and popularizing unit specializing in research on the history of deportations and deportations of Polish citizens deep into Russia and the Soviet Union, as well as other repressions used by the tsarist and Soviet authorities. The president of the Polish Historical Society, Bialystok’s Branch, Wojciech Walczak, PhD, also expressed his satisfaction with the received points.
