Here you will discover a mosaic of Eastern Borderlands cuisine flavors. Jewish, Russian, simple, delicious and aromatic dishes. You will discover dishes from historical culinary books. You will admire the traditional taste in an extraordinary form of serving.
One of the proposed dishes based on a recipe from the books on our menu are Lithuanian beef roulades. Next to them in the menu you will find, among others dumplings with Korycin cheese, soljanka and the taste of Baikal you must get to know! And our sweet site is the answer to a cup of aromatic coffee, which you can also drink on our terrace!
We believe you will remember these flavors as Mosaic flavors. Flavors you will come back to.
The interior of the restaurant is filled with photographs of Bolesław Augustis, a photographer of the interwar period endowed with extraordinary intuition. The center of the former Bialystok and portraits of passersby are another valuable lesson that you will experience while being at Węglowa 1.
