FAMILY WORKSHOPS
POLISH CHILDREN IN THE LAND OF THE RISING SUN
Summer, on Tuesdays: July 8, 15, 22, 29
Discover the remarkable story of Polish children who were rescued from Siberia a hundred years ago and found refuge in Japan. The workshop features interactive activities, including Kamishibai — traditional Japanese paper theatre. To finish, each child will decorate a tote bag using hapa zome — the Japanese art of printing with leaves and flowers by hammering.

THE BEAR WHO BECAME A SOLDIER
Summer, on Wednesdays: July 9, 16, 23, 30
How did a Syrian bear cub become a soldier in the Polish Army? During the workshop, participants will uncover the incredible story of Wojtek the Bear, solve sensory puzzles, and design their own pins.
- Age of participants: 6–9 years
- Duration: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
