Join us on Saturday, April 26, 2025 (11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) at the Sybir Memorial Museum for a workshop accompanying the temporary exhibition Boundlessness in Sybir. The exhibition, which encourages reflection on physical and emotional boundaries, will serve as a starting point for exploring the impact of family history on our lives. During the session, participants will have the opportunity to examine how their ancestors’ experiences influence their daily decisions, relationships, and overall sense of happiness. They will learn how to let go of emotional burdens and open themselves to positive change. The workshop will be led by Artur Brzeziński, a psychotherapist and historian specializing in transgenerational trauma. Drawing on his expertise in psychotherapy, history, and clinical sexology, he will guide participants in understanding how the past shapes the present. The event will begin with a guided tour of Boundlessness in Sybir, led by exhibition curator Ewelina Kamieńska, who will discuss selected works by participating artists. Following the tour, attendees will engage in a reflective, supportive workshop focused on personal emotional exploration.
This workshop is intended for adults.
