The Prejzner family was deported from the forester’s lodge called Ponikła into the Złota Górka hamlet in Irkutsk region on 10th of February 1940.

After the proclamation of the amnesty Maria Prejzner and her children settled in Lebiażka village and Henryk Prejzner enlisted to the Anders’ Army. The family reconnected on 14th of November 1947.

During the service in Auxiliary Centre of the 5th Panzer Division Henryk Prejzner bought a camera. He photographed mostly people and architecture of the Middle East.
