Białystok hides many unexpected stories that rarely appear in traditional narratives about the city. During this unique tour, we will present lesser-known aspects of local entrepreneurship, great fortunes, and activities that did not always fall within fully legal frameworks. The program will also include stories of episodes once considered scandalous, yet still significant for the city’s development.

Tour highlights include:
- Local businesses and great fortunes – we will explore how Białystok’s wealth and estates were built.
- A sweet conquest – the extraordinary story of how Polish chocolates conquered frozen Siberia.
- Secrets of an empire – we will reveal who the legendary “vodka king of Siberia” was.
After the tour, participants will have the opportunity to taste one of Białystok’s iconic products, referring to the stories presented along the way.

The event offers a chance to look at the history of Białystok through the lens of success, innovation, and bold initiatives of its former residents. We encourage you to take part and celebrate Białystok Days.
