Do you dream of running a restaurant in an original place visited by guests from all over Poland and abroad? Do you want to contribute the hospitable atmosphere in one of the most modern polish museums? Do you want to work in a beautiful location with ready-made dining facilities?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If so \u2013 we invite you to take part in the tender for running the Mozaika Restaurant in the Sybir Memorial Museum!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mozaika Restaurant is located in the Sybir Memorial Museum at W\u0119glowa 1 in Bialystok. The red brick building, occupied by the Museum, is the easternmost part of the complex of the military warehouses, built in 1934-1936. Its shape is typical of modernist industrial construction. The Sybir Memorial Museum is also a green space around the building, where, in addition to the memorial signs that complement the exhibition, there is an atmospheric garden adjacent to the Mozaika Restaurant. The subject matter of the tender is the lease of the premises of the Mozaika Restaurant with catering facilities and the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sybir Memorial Museum is the largest institution of this type in this part of Poland. It is worth noting that the exhibition of the Museum opened in 2021 has already been visited by over 58,000 people!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The date for the submission of tenders is March 24, 2023 at 10:00. Offers should be submitted to the Sybir Memorial Museum at W\u0119glowa 1, room no. 1.17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
