Ladies and Gentlemen,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 17, 2021 <\/strong>the Sybir Memorial Museum will officially open its doors, the Museum that is made with a view to you and for you. It will be a place of remembrance of those, who remained forever on the \u2018inhuman land\u2019 and those, who survived, leaving their suffering, health and memories of their dramatic childhood there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official part of the opening ceremony will be attended not only by the highest state and local authorities, but also Sybiraks from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will invite everyone to the evening illumination entitled “The Sybir Experience”, which will be displayed on the building of the Sybir Memorial Museum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, September 18,<\/strong> you will be the first to cross the threshold of the Sybir Memorial Museum and see the main exhibition, prepared especially for this moment for the last three years. Certified guides will show you around the exhibition. There will also be audio guides at your disposal, and for the youngest \u2014 tablets with educational games and quizzes. For this day, we have also planned a family historical picnic, during which the best reconstruction groups from all over the country, equipped with uniforms and weapons from various historical periods, will present on the square next to the Museum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In turn, on Sunday morning, September 19<\/strong>, we invite you to the Borderland Breakfast, during which local restaurateurs will serve dishes from the Borderlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On that day, the Memorial Peleton will pass the streets of the Wygoda estate, during which participants will discover the last traces of the pre-war past of the district. The Peleton will be led by cyclists on original bikes from the 1920s and 1930s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the rally, there will be a show of vintage bicycles and retro fashion. Our Memorial Park will also host an exhibition entitled “Niepodlegla\u201d (“Independent Poland”), which will be accompanied by workshops and family animations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reservation of tickets for a special visit to the permanent exhibition on September 18 and 19, 2021, as well as for subsequent visits, in accordance with the daily work schedule of the facility (which will start on September 21), will be possible from September 1 through the website www.sybir.bialystok.pl\/zaplanuj-wizyte\/bilety and at the ticket offices of the Sybir Memorial Museum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
