Historical Education Club

The Historical Education Club is a broad form of various educational actions the aim of which is to popularise knowledge related to Siberia and eastern lands of the Second Republic of Poland. A dominant form of such actions are seminars, lectures and speeches addressed to various recipients. A scientific form of presentations is confronted in the Club by popular scientific nature of actions. Among guests of the Club there are experts from outside the Museum – scientists, travellers, writers, journalists, photographers – “interesting people”. Presentation of their achievements is cyclical. Meetings are held every month in the Educational and Exhibition Centre of the SMM. Within the Club teachers’ meetings and presentations of literature on the subject of Siberia and borderlands are held.
